ThrowBack: Revlon Get Glossy Lip Palette - Champagne Toasts Review

Hello Boos, I was looking thought my makeup I dont use and found this lovely LipGloss Palette. The glosses actually last a long time, they are smooth and wear up to 2 1/2 hours, in my experience. There is a nice lip brush in there, but like the above reviewer, it took a while for me to be able to get it out. Another problem I had was the thickness of the lipcolors. They weren't very easy to apply initially, or very creamy. But after I got past the top layer of the product, it was much better. Actually, what was in there was 2 glosses and 3 lip colors. They are as follows:

#5 A pale, shimmery warm champagne gloss, which is good for layering over any lipcolors that are too dark or just to make shiny lips.

#4 A light mocha latte gloss with shimmer, also good for toning down dark lipcolors or just using a warm light nude gloss.

#3 A neutral, pink based brown opaque lip color with no shimmer. I love this one the best. It can match with anything and any coloring. Plus it wears long and is also a little glossy, not totally matte.

#2Almost the same as number three, except less pink and more of a medium intensity toasty color. Also an opaque lip color and is pretty nice.

#1 This is the darkest of the lipcolors. It is an opaque, slightly glossy, dark coffee color with no shimmer. It is very warm, so I don't think a cool colored person could wear it like they could wear numbers 1-4. However, it is nice for some drama or dressing up, or to mix with the lighter glosses and creating a whole new shade.

Another plus to this product is that it comes with a bonus lipliner which I had never previously tried and absolutely ADORE with a clear

gloss over it. (timeliner in 'nude').Overall, this is a palette of warm-neutral glosses and lipcolors and I do like all of the colors and their textures; so I would purchase this again.

XOXO
