So I recently came across Hard Candy at Walmart, and picked some pigment eyeshadows for some Halloween looks I will be doing in the future. I thought these looked pretty interesting and since I haven't really tried pigments, and thought this would be a good chance to try now. These pigments come off very pretty but beware there are some flaws with these shadows I thought you would like to know before purchasing.

Review:
They come in cute little shaker style bottles, you just uncap and shake
the pigments out. Before I opened the package I could see some loose
glitter floating around and clinging to the inside of the package :( These are pretty much an unpigmented glittery fall-out mess, while the
shaker style bottles are cute that's all they have going for them. This
is really an unusable product unless you just want glitter, when I
tapped product out it had a pretty color but, I swatch the colors they came out smooth and swatched pretty well I think these would work well for glitter body art stencils or just to add some extra glitter to your eyes, but the decision is totally up to you.
