Step One: 

Take a stand of hair 1-2 inches in length.

Step Two: 

Hold InstaWave vertically, Simply place section of hair on the InstaWave curling rod.

Step Three: 

Touch the Curl Dial either left or right, and the InstaWave instantly and automatically catches and curls the hair. Switch between curling right and curling left to create the most natural looking curls.

Step Four:

Make sure all hair is wrapped on barrel on the wand. Hold for 5-10 seconds, hold longer for tighter curls and less for beachy waves.

Step Five:

Pull the InstaWave down vertically, letting hair out and WALA Insta Curl.

Our Experience with Kiss Instawave:

This Instawave curler is very impressive,  and is very easy to use after some trial and errors was able to effectively work the curler correctly, my favorite feature is definitely the automatic curler, If you own a regular curling wand you will have to wrap your hair your self around the curler and end up getting burn (well if you are clumsy like me LOL) but with this Instawave curler no need to wrap our hair on the wand it does it all the work for you, and I haven't seen no hair tool like this before. YAY no more burns ;) 

Types of Hair It Works Well With:

It works well for any hair types, my bestie and I tried it on our hair. Her Hair is straight & My hair is frizzy-curly and we had no problem with curling our hair with this curler. So I would think it would work well with any hair types. The problem we did have is that my bestie hair is very short, a littler shorter then shoulder length and the automatic curler wouldn't grab her short hair in the back to curl her hair. Which has us believe that this curler will not work for short hair. We did try the top of her hair and it worked great because her top pieces of her hair is longer then the bottom pieces of her hair. So its does work for shoulder length hair but anything shorter of course will not work, If you do have hair like hers my suggestion is to curl the top hair with the automatic curler then curl the bottom with a regular curling wand but the choice is yours. 

Fear of Tangles:  

I was so worried that this curler would tangle my hair when it wraps it around the barrel but no worries about tangles here, this curler is tangle free but you do need to wait until the curler is fully wrapped around barrel to go ahead and release your curl from barrel.
