Prep & Set: L.A. Girl Pro Prep HD Face Primer & Pro Setting HD Setting Spray Review!

Hey Boos, I'm back with a NEW review, on the L.A. Girl Pro Prep HD Face Primer & Pro Setting HD Setting Spray. Like many of other people, I suffer from acne, have acne scars, and if you have them too, you know what its like to have to be careful what you use on your own face, since any little product can make it worse. Along with all the other issues I ran into with setting powder, it seemed to make my acne worse and cause me to break out much more. (which made me totally abandon setting powders, and go to just setting makeup with regular powder, which still wasn't enough) With the LA Girl Setting Spray, it's very easy on my skin, and so far has yet caused me to break out more than my usual. Unlike other product's Setting Spray reviews, this product does not feel like hairspray on your face, it's a nice mist, dries fast, and smells amazing! along with their primer this duo is incredible together! Enjoy!

I received Studio Gear Cosmetics Impactfull Mascara & Studio Gear Cosmetics Protective Face Primer. They also included a clear little makeup bag, that's great for travel.

Hard Candy Primer Perfecting Review (Cruelty Free Company)

 Hello Boos,
So I have been on the hunt for a new primer to replace my non cruelty free primer Maybelline Pore Eraser, and I think I found it, Hard Candy Primer Perfecting is amazing such a great dupe for my other primer, and it performs the same way. I found this at Walmart, they do have other choices for primers but I felt this one was the best for my skin. It fill in pores with a smooth matte finish and doesn't clog my pores. Hope you enjoy this review!!

Product Info:
A skin tone perfecting primer that brightens and evens out dull skin by diffusing redness. One universal shade blends seamlessly into any skin tone to give your face a beautiful, natural color.  Can be worn alone or under makeup.

Review:
I found that this primer  made my skin feel and look very smooth. Product reduces the look of pores. I find that this primer doesn't really control oil, but my face doesn't get that oily during winter so it's not really a problem. I love that its a great dupe for my Maybelline pore eraser (with is not cruelty free). The texture of this primer is a gel-like consistency, but dries to a matte finish. It feels very silky, which I love. I use about a pea-sized amount of this primer. This product says that it can be worn alone. This primer does not break me out, which is a plus I think I found my new primer, and its cruelty free... bye bye Maybelline....

Where to buy: $8

What is your favorite primer ? I would love to know...
Until next time...

Hello Boos, Back with another Cruelty Free review on ELF Cosmetics. ELF was having a 50% off sale. So I pick up a few to do a review on. These products are cruelty free and endorsed by PETA. Hope you enjoy this review, any questions feel free to comment below!

Shipping & Processing:
Processing after payment of order was very fast and the next day my package was shipped. It was sent by FedEx Smartpost. Shipping time was horrible, my package ended up getting lost in transit and its was reshipped the next day. It took me about 2 weeks to get my package. Packing of the makeup was very secure and nothing chip or broke during transit.

e.l.f. Essential Lipstick

Product Info:
Indulge your lips with long lasting color and shine. The moisture rich formula hydrates, conditions and softens on contact for silky smooth lips. Instantly beautiful, healthy-looking lips designed, formulated and tested by our professional team of makeup artists.

Colors I purchased:
Flirtatious
Sociable
Posh
Voodoo
Captivating
Classy
Seductive
Charming
Fearless

Review:
I love these because even when they fade away, they stain the lips so you are left with quite a bit of color if you did not reapply. But be careful with colors as some are better than the others, packaging may come flawed in some, so get a replacement before assuming that all are the same terrible packaging. All of them stain the lips, all of them has no glitter except Sociable.

e.l.f. Studio Blush Palette - Dark

Product Info:
This beautiful blush palette holds 4 gorgeous shades to mix and match throughout the year for a custom blended color. Great for contouring, shading, sculpting, and highlighting, these silky smooth blushes create a beautiful pigmented glow. With a mixture of complimentary matte and shimmer finishes, you can achieve a professional look every time.

Review:
Holy pigmentation!!!! There are 4 shades total and one has glitter in it but I did not see it on my face (even in sunlight) or my arm swatch. The lightest of touch is needed with these. The colors are all like butter. I personally will wait until summer is in full swing before I bust this palette out. It is gorgeous and I highly recommend.

e.l.f. Essential Eyelid Primer

Product Info:
Preps your eyelid for smoother, longer-lasting and crease-proof eyeshadow. The lightweight liquid formula quickly absorbs into the skin for comfortable wear and increases eye color longevity.

Review:
I was very pleased to try this product that is so inexpensive and have it work so well! I have tried several pricier eyeshadow primers and they have not worked nearly as well as this product.
This primer is easy to apply and dries very quickly. A little goes a long way and it doesn't leave any residue on the eyelid that would effect the color of your shadow.
I would definitely buy this product again!

e.l.f. Studio Lip Exfoliator

Product Info:
Gently exfoliate lips to remove dry, chapped skin with our Lip Exfoliator! A sweet sugar and smoothing sensation, infused with Vitamin E, Shea Butter, Avocado, Grape and Jojoba Oils to nourish and protect. This Lip Exfoliator treats and smoothes lips for a conditioned and revitalized feel.

Review:
It improved the look of my lips after about three uses. This exfoliator smells like warm vanilla sugar. Great to put on before lipstick to get a smooth lip. I'm not worried if I accidentally eat some because the ingredients are pretty much natural and it tastes yummy.

Black Radiance Eyeshadow Primer Review (Cruelty Free Company)

Hello Boos, Back with another Cruelty Free review on Black Radiance Eyeshadow Primer, this is a great primer for a drugstore brand. I was actually looking for the Wet n Wild Fergie Eyeshadow Primer but it was sold out but found this instead, its made by the same company as Wet n Wild & The Color Workshop, which is Markwins Beauty Products so why the heck not, they never prove me wrong before LOL. This company is Endorsed by PETA and doesn't test on animals. Hope you enjoy this review, any questions feel free to comment below!

 Product Info:
Preps Eyelids for Eyeshadow
  • Oil Free & Crease-Resistant
  • Intensifies Color Impact
  • Extends Wear & Locks Eyeshadow in Place
  • Smooths Fine Lines
  • Can Be Used with Powder or Cream Eyeshadow Formulas
This primer smoothes fine lines and locks eye shadow in place.  It can be used with powder or cream shadow formulas.
Not tested on animals.

 My Review:
This primer really does what it says it does, it locks your eyeshadow in place, lasted about 3hrs without crease and its not as greasy as other drugstore brands. Its Oil Free so it is great for people with oily eyelids like myself. There is minor creasing over time but not so much that you want to take it off. Overall I love this primer and recommend it to anybody who wants a primer without the heavy price tag ;)
